Give Thanks ...

Fall has always been my favorite season. The time when everything bursts with its last beauty, as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale. - Lauren DeStefano

Good morning!

Today is September 1st and the start of a new Progressive Freebie Challenge at The Outlawz Challenges.

Each month we send you a free digital image to use in the Freebie/Progressive challenge. Once your creation is completed, upload it into the freebie challenge and you will automatically receive the next month free digi. We will have one image per month so you have plenty of time to create a project using the image.

If you would like to participate, please register with your name and email address to: outlawzprogressivechallenge@gmx.com

Our sponsor this month Is Mary Smith of Createful Heart with this fun image called Ms Scarecrow with Squirrels

I decided to create the sky behind the image by playing around with the “Smoosh” technique. I love how this turned out.

Supplies
  • Image “Ms Scarecrow with squirrels” printed on Stampin Up! Whisper White cardstock and colored with ProMarkers
  • Cardstock from The Paper Studio (base), Stampin’ Up & American Crafts
  • Design Paper: Bit of scrap paper from DCWV
  • Dies/punches: Label punch from Stampin’ Up!, Leaf punch from EK Success
  • Embossing Folder: Subtle from Stampin’ Up!
  • Goosebumps Texture Spray

Thanks for stopping by and don’t forget to stop by The Outlawz Challenges where a new challenge starts every day of the week!
(Hugs) Cara
