Happiest Wishes

This is a Birthday card for our Director at work. 
I used a sketch from Card Patterns and the background was made by adding drops of ink to wet glossy card stock then laying another piece on top. I then stamped with a speckled stamp and leaves.

Glossy card stock, button & twine from stash
Circle dies from Sizzix
