Missing you ...

“It became obvious to me that nature has her own language.
She speaks through the animals, the trees and the cool summer breeze.
She whispers, “Embrace me.”
And I do.”
~ Red Deer Runs in Darkness

Hug a Person ...

If you're angry at a loved one, hug that person. And mean it. You may not want to hug — which is all the more reason to do so. It's hard to stay angry when someone shows they love you, and that's precisely what happens when we hug each other. ~Walter Anderson, The Confidence Course, 1997

Good morning!
Today is June 1st and the start of a new Progressive Freebie Challenge at The Outlawz Challenges.

Each month we send you a free digital image to use in the Freebie/Progressive challenge. Once your creation is completed, upload it into the freebie challenge and you will automatically receive the next month free digi. We will have one image per month so you have plenty of time to create a project using the image.

If you would like to participate, please register with your name and email address to: outlawzprogressivechallenge@gmx.com

Our sponsor this month is We are 3 Digital Shop with this cute image “Color me Garden Flower Delight

For this image I decided to try my hand at digital coloring. To be honest, not sure what I think of it. Seemed to me that I could have hand colored the image in less time, but I also concede that digital coloring in not an art I am practiced in.

Supplies
  • Image printed on Stampin Up! Whisper White card stock
  • Card stock from Stampin Up! and American Crafts
  • Rhinestone ribbon from The Dollar Tree
  • Cross stitched dies from Gina Marie Designs
