The Outlawz Crash your Stash Challenge: Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces

Christmas in Bethlehem. The ancient dream: a cold, clear night made brilliant by a glorious star, the smell of incense, shepherds and wise men falling to their knees in adoration of the sweet baby, the incarnation of perfect love. ~Lucinda Franks

Good morning!
Today is the start of a new “Crash your Stash” challenge at The Outlawz Challenges

Our item for this month is Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces …
I have a baggie of them hanging from my clip and I never think to use but they do make interesting embellishments.

For my card, I am using a sponsor image called “Christmas Lodge”. The ornaments on the tree are rhinestones colored with Sharpies.

Supplies:
Sponsor image printed on Stampin Up Whisper White Cardstock
Design Paper (ProvoCraft); Glitter Glue (Studio G); Ink (Scrapbook.com); Liquid Diamonds (Close to My Heart); ProMarkers; Rhinestones (Recollections); Sharpies
Unknown: Gemstones, Puzzle Pieces
Sentiment: Technique Tuesday (love you to pieces)

We are thrilled to be sponsored by Twinkle Lane Designs with a lovely £8 voucher for the winner to spend in the Etsy shop

SheepSki Designs: Winter Wonderland

When it snows
Ain't it thrilling
Though your nose gets a chilling
We'll frolic and play
The Eskimo way
Walking in a winter wonderland

Hi there!

Today starts a new monthly challenge on the SheepSki Designs Challenge Blog and this month our challenge theme is “Favorite Things!”

One of my favorite things is Winter. I live in an area of the Southwest that does have snow etc., but not exactly where I live! So I love to imagine what it would be like to build a snowman in my front yard and to experience a White Christmas, at least once!

For my card I am using Winter Warmer - image no 183, found HERE in the Etsy Shop. This is such a great image and can be used for a variety of cool weather occasions.

Glitter Glue was touched about in her hair to give a look of “frost”
