Wish upon a cupcake

Another card from Crafty Peeps Scrap day.

I blatantly copied a friends card! The only real difference between hers and mine is the paper and the sentiment!

The blue banner was created by first embossing then lightly tapping my black ink pad over the top.

Card stock, sentiment, dassling diamonds glitter: Stampin Up!

Scallop & circle punch: Sizzix dies
EF: Cuttlebug : Swiss dots
Stash: paper glaze (frosting top of cupcake) Scrap paper and rhinestone (cherry)
