Party Hearty …

Hi everyone! Today I am sharing my card for the new color challenge which started today at The Outlawz Challenges which will run through December 1st and sponsored by Sherry West Art

 

Our challenge is to use a fun tic tac toe board created by Laurian!

For my card I am using the center row, vertical: purple, cat & hearts

  • India ink from Memories
