It has been a bit of time since I last posted. My life took an unexpected turn mid June and I found myself having to pack up my home of 23 years and relocate. I am now settled in a new place until I can find a forever home to purchase but I have managed to get my craft room unpacked more or less so was able to actually spend some time playing with paper. It was a nice retreat from everything I've been dealing with,

Think trains, planes and automobiles or maybe a hot air balloon or (out of the box) a dragonfly!
I used this sketch
I need a nice masculine card for an upcoming birthday so I went with a motorcycle focal point.
I created the foiled background by taping aluminum foil to a piece of card stock, then I used an embossing folder on one side to give some added interest and texture to the card.
