Good morning!

The world is a beautiful place today and I am thankful to be up and about enjoying it!

The problem with getting older is that sometimes the aches and pains make us want to stay put and not move. The bad this is, that creates a cycle of inactivity that eventually grabs hold and won't let go ... So up and about everyone!
