Chillin Snoopy

I made this card for the Outlawz Greeting card challenge
The Theme is too celebrate National Dog Day.

I chose this Snoopy image -
I colored him with watercolor makers and a blender pen. then added paper glaze to the sun and his sunglasses.

Stampin Up!: Card stock, dies & punch stencil)

Blender pen
Paper Glaze
