Bright and Sunny Days...

If we tarry a little while, we shall behold a sunset on the ocean,—a sight worth traversing a kingdom to see. How finely the sands glow in the amber light, what a beautiful purple gleams on the crests of the tiny waves! The colours have changed as if by the moving of a fairy wand—a happy union of fire and its great antagonist. ~Henry James Slack (1818–1896), The Ministry of the Beautiful, "Conversation II: Footsteps on the Sand," 1850

Good evening ...
Once again, I am late getting a post up and running. For a retired person, I sure seem to be busier than ever. LOL

Today started a new color challenge at The Outlawz Challenges.
It is my week to pick the challenge and I decided to go with a summery beach feel.
Here are the colors. You must use all 3 and there is an optional twist of by the Seaside.

Our sponsor this month is Maris Digis with a prize of 3 images to her store. So come on and play along with us.
Here is my card

Beach sand (yep - real sand)
Card stock from The Paper Studio and Stampin Up!
Cloud embossing folder from Stampin Up!
Face stamp unknown
Fiskar wave border punch
Ink from Stampin Up! and Palette
Stamp & die set "Sunny Days" from Spellbinders

Hope to see you soon! Thanks for stopping by!
(Hugs) Cara

Oh I really like how you did the sandy beach Cara! What adhesive you used to hold the sands in place? Well done! Have a beautiful day. Hugs.
